Jack's first visit to Maryland

Jack traveled to visit his Maryland grandparents in June. For his 2nd flight, Jack behaved wonderfully on the flight to Baltimore, but the trip home was long and restless. It didn't help that Delta sent his carseat to Minneapolis. Oh the joys of traveling with a toddler.

While in Baltimore, we visited the National Aquarium and the Inner Harbor. Jack was a little unsure of the aquarium at first, but quickly became comfortable enough to run around.  He enjoyed the shark tank until one popped out of nowhere and his little knees buckled! Luckily, Kevin was holding him for the shark surprise.

 We had dinner one night with Kevin's cousins on the Schwartz side. His cousin Keith has a little boy named Jack, so we have two Jacks!

Jack enjoyed riding the wagon in the backyard especially going down with the hills with Grandpa & GranJan.

Besides visiting the Schwartz family, we snuck in a visit to a former student studying at Maryland and dinner with Melissa & Rob. We loved these short visits!

North Carolina!

We spent a lovely weekend in North Carolina with Grandmom, Granddad, Uncle Brian & Uncle David earlier this month. It was a very relaxing weekend with a trip to the pool & church!

Memorial Day Weekend

The Schwartz family stayed busy during Memorial Day weekend. School wrapped up for Rebecca, so she's free for 9 weeks with Jack. We started the weekend visiting the newest member of the Green family. Miss Charlotte is absolutely precious and Jack's newest cousin.

After the visit, we traveled to the lake for the rest of the weekend. We missed Aunt Allison who was living the rough life in Italy. Last Memorial day weekend marked Jack's first visit to the lake as a 7 week old baby. I couldn't resist comparing how much he had changed since the last year and tried to recreate some of the photos.

David's Graduation

In May, Kevin & Jack traveled to Raleigh for David's graduation from NC State a with a Sports Management degree. While in Raleigh, Kevin & Jack were lucky to meet the newest member of the Guy family and Jack's future buddy.

Lauren & I ventured into our neighborhood pool with Jack. He wasn't too sure what to think at first and he disliked the baby raft, so we held him instead. I think the pool will take some getting used to!
