Happy Mother's Day

Hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day! Kevin's parents came to visit for the weekend, so Jack was able to see two of his grandmothers AND his Bigma on Sunday night. What a nice Mother's Day for this little baby.

Over these last 5 weeks, I have learned more than I ever thought possible which in turn led to a greater appreciation of my own mother. Thanks Gigi for all your advice, comfort and love.

I'm also incredibly grateful for my mother-in-laws.

Jack is 1 month!

Jack is 1 month old! Jack had his 1 month appointment yesterday and here are the stats-
9 lbs
21 inches
We tried on two occasions to take some pictures. As you'll see, he didn't want to cooperate in all the pictures. Here are some of those fussy pics! I just had to share b/c they are too funny.

Jack is Home!

Jack is Home!

Sorry for the delay is posting about Jack's birth, but we've been a little busy. :) Jack Wilson Schwartz was born April 8th at 6:29 pm. Below are some pictures from the hospital.

Jack had a lot of visitors during the first week. His grandparents from North Carolina & Maryland came to visit as well as his Aunt Kelsey and Uncle Zach. My family spent a lot of time visiting Jack too. We were very lucky to have a lot of help those first weeks. My Mom and Lauren were lifesavers the second week especially when Kevin went back to work. I was very spoiled with all the help from our family. A special thanks to Susan, John & my Mom for spending several nights with us. Here are some pictures of Jack meeting his new family.

He didn't love the first bath, but now enjoys them a bit more.
